We have 75 warehouses across the country stocking over 200,000+ items with 1000's being brand names.  Your coupon can be redeemed for any of the items on our website.

  Most of our stock ships directly to you, from the closest warehouse that has the item(s) available, which is to say, an order may be shipped to you from across the country to expedite.  Items may be available by special order or may come from warehouses in other states, while others are shipped from the manufacture direct to you. A few items ordered may require a lead time, which we inform you of before completing. Most of our construction type items like hand/power tools, paints, nuts and bolts have very low or free shipping.

  All shipping is calculated as soon as you add them to the cart.  The screen will show all items in the cart, and automatically total shipping via UPS.  The tax on your order will only be calculated after entering your city & state, appearing as you continue with the order. It is on that screen that you will enter the promo code, the offer will then be applied automatically.

  Please feel free to send us an email at TFScustomercare@gmail.com indicating a product number(s) with quantities and we can let you know if they are items that can be picked up at one of our two warehouses in Tempe/Phoenix. 

(Note: not all items are available for pick up from local warehouses; some items ship from the manufacture directly.)

  Most orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 hours via UPS ground. You should get the item in 3 to 5 days.

Shipping Policy

We ship UPS Ground on all UPS shippable orders. Shipping cost will be calculated immediately upon placing an item in your shopping cart. 

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 noon PST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 days or sooner. 

If you have multiple orders call us for shipping rates vs paying shipping for each item. If the system makes a shipping quote mistake we will call you with the correct shipping information.

Item Availability

Item(s) is/are subject to availability.
 
Because shipments are from a manufacturer's authorized distribution centers, there is a chance items may become back-ordered at any time. We update our listings as soon as we learn that an item is unavailable. If that becomes the case, you will notified promptly before your credit card is ever charged.

UPS Non-Shippable Items

Please be advised that some items at Touch Free Solutions are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s).

In the event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. Actual cost can be calculated when you call.

For residential orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home. If you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please contact Touch Free Solutions directly if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwise special instructions should be signed and left in a conspicuous location at the place of delivery for the delivery driver. Customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.

It is very important that a correct phone number is provided for arranging freight delivery. Please be sure to include the most relevant phone number to contact you at the time you place your order.

International/Overseas Orders 

Touch Free Solutions does currently ship orders overseas or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada on a case by case bases. 

Note: Some items including hazardous materials and aerosol products cannot be shipped overseas do to regulations. We have no problem shipping to a mail forwarding company that will in turn ship the goods overseas for you. 

Will Call: To save 100% on shipping you can pick up your order from one of our warehouses. Call us to place your order. We will email or call you back and notify you as to when it will be ready and give you the address of the warehouse. The products will be there waiting for you. In most cases next day from your order.
