100% customer satisfaction is our main goal at Touch Free Solutions, so all returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply wish to return or exchange a product, please call us toll free at 1-877-263-8585 for a refund approval as soon as possible.Please note: All returns must be made within 30 days of date of delivery and be in the original shipping box. Returns without the original packaging or past 30 days of date of delivery will not be accepted for return. Floor machines, sheds and vacuum cleaners, along with some other items, unfortunately are not returnable and are handled by the manufactures’ warranty.
Purchase orders and Net-30 Terms: Touch Free Solutions will extend Net-30 terms on a case by case basis. Payments must be made by either credit card or by check in advance. PO’s are also accepted from government agencies, school districts and other government agencies.
