Cleaning:
As with any other urinal, this waterless urinal should be cleaned. These urinals are designed with the
maintenance person in mind. Cleaning is very quick and easy, No scrubbing with detergents is required
or the use of odor masking devices or chemicals. Simple remove the debris from the urinal surface,
spray any non-abrasive spray cleaner to the inside and outside of the urinal bowl and wipe clean with a
soft cloth, paper towel or joni-mop,
NO FLUSHING, NO URINAL CAKES OR SCREENS NO HARSH CHEMICALS
Annual Maintenance:
After approximately 15,000 uses simple routine maintenance should be performed. Replacing the drain
insert and giving the system a quick rinse.
NO NEED TO ADD ODOR BARRIER BETWEEN CLEANING CYCLES
Replacement of Barrier Kit:
Remove the drain insert with tool provided. The existing odor barrier will be automatically flushed down
waste pipe. Rinse and install new kit.
Install new drain kit into the housing. Poor in the all in one barrier fluid through the drain insert and the
urinal is ready for use. At no time will the person replacing the odor barrier-fluid be in contact
with urine.
